• Delivery/transportation charges depend on the location of the site/villa/office

• Clients may provide their own transportation services as per their preference
• Custom made products may have different return procedures as per the agreed terms and conditions and warranty details.
For Gulf Cooperation Countries and other destinations:
• Delivery/transportation charges might differ depending on the selected courier/shipping services

• Al Subaiha is responsible for packing and loading all items in the container/courier vehicle but will not be liable for any damages that occur after the products have left our factory

For the GCC and other destinations we can recommend reliable courier companies who specialize in transportation and final delivery to ensure the product arrives safe and sound. Your order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it leaves our factory to the time it is successfully delivered at your home. Due to the size and weigh of furniture, it must be shipped by truck from our factory then transferred to other containers/vessels as per your preferred mode of transportation. The delivery time also depends on the mode of transportation and the clearance of all documents at customs. For projects within the UAE, we deliver with our company vehicle to all Emirates.
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and that is not included in the price at checkout. Al Subaiha Furniture cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import so we have no control over any customs/duty fees associated with your order. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs website for more details. At this time, we cannot estimate taxes.
